BCASS has been in existance for over 125 years and continues to provide all trainee accountants in the Birmingham area with support and networking opportunities through a variety of activities.
The society is affiliated to ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) but welcomes trainees from ICAS (Scotland) and ICAI (Ireland) and does not charge for membership.
BCASS is run by a committee of current students and honorary members from firms all over the city.
We aim to organise sporting, social and networking events for you to interact with both other accountants as well as young professionals from other careers such as law, surveying and actuaries.
The website is currently undergoing a revamp as part of the summer committee changeover. Please therefore bear with us during this time! Hopefully it should all be operational very soon!
